Paella in its modern form originated in the mid 19th century in the area around Albufera lagoon on the east coast of Spain and is the regional cuisine of Valencia.Traditionally cooked on a flat-bottomed paella pan, with shallow sides and usually studded with dimples that helps promote even cooking. There are many types of paella, popular ones include Valencian paella, vegetarian and vegan paella, Spanish seafood paella, mixed paella just to name a few.

We pride ourselves on our flexible menu –  If you want something that’s not on our menu, give us a ring and we’ll see what we can do!
All Paella’s will be served in biodegradable sugarcane bowls with wooden forks and napkins
