How do we pay for a food truck?
When booking a food truck the client is required to pay a 30% deposit. Payments can be made in the form of a direct debit deposit in to the following bank account.

Booking a food truck

Booking a food truck couldn't be easier. Call or email us for a quote with the following details...

  • The food trucks name or a selection of ideas.
  • Your preferred contact details.
  • The type of event.
  • Event date.
  • The venue name and details.


It is possible that at the time of booking you may not have all the details. If so, just give as much information as you can to help us quote more accurately, then, once the food truck is booked, we can organise the details as we get nearer to the date.

Selecting an food truck does not need to be difficult. In most cases, it is simply a matter of picking a food truck that meets your events requirements, at the right price. Let us know the age group & background of your guests, the location and budget, and we will offer the most suitable options. The site is designed to be as helpful as possible when it comes to finding the right food truck. We have a search function which can help you pick out the type of food truck that you are after, location, style of food etc. Booking your preferred food truck for your wedding, party or event could not be simpler. Once we are all clear on your requirements and are agreed on the right food truck for the job, we will write up contracts and take a small booking deposit. You can then pay the remaining balance in instalments before the day, as a bank transfer cleared before the event or as the full amount to the food truck operator at the event.

How early does the food truck arrive to set up?
This will vary depending on the type of food truck you have booked. Food trucks should arrive at least an hour and a half before they are scheduled to start.  If you need the food truck to be any earlier then an additional fee may be required and needs to be organised prior to the booking.  We will contact the venue before the function to confirm the load-in opportunity times. When it comes to space requirements, most food trucks can make any space work but it is best to let us know if you have restrictions on space.

Can I see the food truck somewhere before I book?
Some food trucks operators only do private events so this is not always possible. However, to help you make the best choice possible, we provide as much information about the food truck as we can on our website.

How long can a food truck be booked for?
This will vary depending on the type of food truck you have booked and will be outlined in the contract.

Do you hire food trucks so I can cook my own food ?
No, we only provide food trucks that are operated by professonal operators who specialise in cuisine cooked freshly in thier food trucks, vans and stalls.

Can you provide special diet such as Halal or Kosher fod trucks?
Yes we can provide foodtrucks to meet your specific dietry needs - including Halal and Kosher food.
